Quick News – Although Canon just released a service advisory confirming the 5D Mark III’s light leak phenomenon, which has been documented as altering exposure by up to a 1/3 stop, according to information gathered by Techradar, the camera giant has released more news affirming the halt of the camera’s shipment in some countries, like Canada and the United Kingdom, to properly investigate and rectify the problem more thoroughly.
While shipment of the camera is reported to be suspended for the time being at selective retailers in the aforementioned nations, it is likely that (if the report stands as credible) the suspension will extend to other countries, as well.
